Switching from LMN

Reputane reads your LMN contacts export directly: every client and lead comes in with its contacts. Past estimates don’t come over, so keep LMN’s estimate list.

  1. Export your contacts

In LMN: Reports, then CRM, then Contacts Export. Save it as CSV.

  2. Reputane reads it directly

    Built, switching on

Choose where your list is from and upload it. Each client and lead becomes a client with all its contacts; employees, vendors and other records are left out. Check the dry run, confirm, and undo it for 24 hours.

  3. Add your price book and crews

Then run your first day. Your first 30 days are free from the day your workspace opens, with no card.

  4. Your estimate history

A direct import of LMN’s past estimates isn’t built. Download LMN’s estimate list before your subscription ends, so you keep it.

Questions

Is Reputane cheaper than LMN?

Yes, at both of LMN’s published plans. Starter is from $297 a month for 1 office or crew lead and 5 crew members, and Professional from $648 for 3 and 15, both after a one-time onboarding fee. Reputane is $199 for up to 5 office people and $449 for 6 to 20, with every crew member free and no setup fee.

Can I bring my LMN data?

Your clients and leads, once the import is on (it’s built and switching on). Reputane reads LMN’s Contacts Export directly: every client and lead comes in with its contacts, after a dry run, with a 24-hour Undo. Past estimates don’t; that import isn’t built, so download LMN’s estimate list before you leave.

Is the crew app in Spanish?

Both are. LMN Crew is listed in English and Spanish. In Reputane, each person picks English or Spanish for the whole app, office included, though settings, invoicing and the estimate builder are mostly English for now.

Does Reputane work with QuickBooks Desktop?

No. Reputane connects to QuickBooks Online only: finished work becomes invoice drafts you approve, and the connection opens once our QuickBooks app is live with Intuit. LMN Professional connects to QuickBooks Online and Desktop.

Is there a contract or an onboarding fee?

Reputane has neither: month to month, with no setup or activation fee. LMN bills monthly after a one-time onboarding fee whose amount isn’t published.
