Questions
Is Reputane cheaper than Aspire?
Aspire doesn’t publish its prices, so there is no number to set beside ours. Reputane is $199, $449 or $799 a month for the whole company, by office size, with crews free. Aspire’s users are unlimited too.
How long does switching from Aspire take?
Aspire’s own blog puts its implementation’s first stretch at three to four months. Moving to Reputane, your properties come in from Aspire’s export after a dry run, with a 24-hour Undo, once the import is on (it’s built and switching on). Opportunities and invoices don’t come over. Then add your price book and crews and run your first day.
Can my crews use it in Spanish?
Yes, in both. Aspire Mobile is listed in English and Spanish. In Reputane, each person picks English or Spanish for the whole app: the crew phone and the most-used office screens are translated, and settings and invoicing are mostly English for now.
Can I take my data with me if I leave Reputane?
Yes. The owner downloads your business records, any day, as plain files with a guide to every column. Aspire’s reports export as PDF or Excel; a whole-account export isn’t published.
