Switching from Jobber
Reputane reads your Jobber client file directly, knowing Jobber’s client layout by its header row: one row per property, as in Jobber’s own import sample, which its client export can be imported back into. Clients, their contacts and every property come across; jobs, quotes and invoices stay behind.
Export your clients
In Jobber, an admin exports the client list as CSV from Clients, and it arrives by email in files of up to 1,500 rows.
Reputane reads it directly
Built, switching onUpload each file and the columns come already matched: one client per client, each property a site, every phone and email as a contact, tags and notes in the client’s notes, archived clients marked inactive. Check the dry run, confirm, and undo the whole import for 24 hours. If a column differs, you match it.
Add your price book and crews
Then run your first day. Your first 30 days are free from the day your workspace opens, with no card.
Jobs, quotes and invoices
Not builtA direct import of Jobber’s jobs, quotes and invoices isn’t built.
Questions
Is Reputane cheaper than Jobber?
For one person, no: Jobber Core is $29 to $49 a month, and Reputane starts at $199. With a crew it turns. Jobber counts field staff as users, so 15 people on Grow is $399 to $499 a month, and its pricing page shows no price past 15. On Reputane, up to 5 office people and any number of crew members is $199, and 6 to 20 is $449.
Does Reputane take card payments like Jobber?
Not yet. Jobber processes cards at 2.9% plus 30¢ and bank payments at 1%. Reputane doesn’t take payments itself today; finished work becomes invoice drafts for QuickBooks Online, a connection that is built and opens once our QuickBooks app is live with Intuit.
Can my crews use it in Spanish?
Yes. Each person picks English or Spanish, and the crew phone is translated in full. Jobber’s App Store listing names English only.
Can I bring my Jobber data?
Your clients, once the import is on (it’s built and switching on). An admin exports them from Jobber as CSV, and Reputane reads Jobber’s client layout directly, with the columns already matched, a dry run and a 24-hour Undo: clients, contacts and every property come across. Jobs, quotes and invoices don’t; that import isn’t built.
Is there a contract?
Reputane is month to month with no setup fee. Jobber offers month to month too, beside a 12-month minimum and annual billing, and its subscriptions renew automatically unless set to non-renew.
