Does it work for my trade?
If it’s on our list of trades, yes: each trade gets its own estimate types, divisions and first steps. It runs at a working landscaping company today, painting and detailing are next, and every other trade is built in. If yours isn’t listed, choose Other on the form and tell us.
Do my crews need English?
No. Each person picks English or Spanish once, owner, office and crew alike. The crew’s phone, the office screens and your customer’s page all come in both.
Does it work with QuickBooks?
It’s built to, and you don’t need it. Finished work becomes invoice drafts you approve here. Without QuickBooks, your invoices stay here and you record what’s paid; with QuickBooks Online, approved drafts are created there, unsent, once our QuickBooks app is live with Intuit.
Is there a contract?
No annual contract. It’s month to month with no setup fee, and your first 30 days, from the day your workspace opens, are free, with no card. These terms go into writing before anyone pays.
Who owns my data, and can I take it with me?
You do. The owner can download the company’s business records any day (clients, jobs, estimates, invoices and the rest) as plain files with a guide to every column, and take them anywhere. Emails, texts and call recordings stay out of the download.
How long does switching take?
The import is built and switching on. Once it’s on, your client list comes in from a spreadsheet, or from the customer export your old software makes, in minutes, and you can undo it for 24 hours. Then add your price book and your crews, and run your first day.
Is my office big enough, or too big?
Plans go by office people: 1 to 5, 6 to 20, or more than 20. Crews are free on every plan, so a company with 30 crews and 8 office people is on the Medium plan.
What does “founding list” mean, and when can I start?
We’re opening to service businesses a few at a time, in the order of this list. When your spot opens, we email you to set up your company. Joining is free and commits you to nothing.
