Switching from Housecall Pro

Reputane reads your Housecall Pro customer export directly, knowing it by its header row. Customers, their contacts and their service addresses come across; jobs and invoices stay behind.

  1. Export your customers

In Housecall Pro, an admin exports the Customers list, and the spreadsheet arrives by email. Save it as CSV.

  2. Reputane reads it directly

Upload it and the columns come already matched: the service address as a site, the billing address, mobile and work numbers, emails and job titles as contacts. Check the dry run, confirm, and undo the whole import for 24 hours. If a column differs, you match it.

  3. Add your price book and crews

Then run your first day. Your first 30 days are free from the day your workspace opens, with no card.

  4. Jobs and invoices

    Not built
